Initial AfricaOS release, establishing the modular platform, organization setup, and core modules.

AfricaOS v0.0.0 is the foundation release. It introduces the modular operating model, organization provisioning, and the first set of core modules.

Notes

This release establishes versioning for the changelog. Future entries will use the same dated format and typed change groups. New organizations can provision from the AfricaOS dashboard. Existing preview users need no action, your data carries forward unchanged.
